Swimming Picture of the Week - Sept. 23, 2008

Here's a pic of a new friend, a very good swimmer who uses some interesting ways to get in shape.  I think we'll be spending more time swimming together.

Well...for some time I used those same weights without the pullbuoy to train. The flip turns were tough and I started with some lower back problems and that was it...nonetheless I have always considered to train again with weights and now that it appears here I think I'll try them again...maybe without the flip turns.

This guy looks cool!

I saw a guy a few weeks back at the pool wearing weights around his NECK and a wet suit with only one leg so his legs were together like a merman. He was awesome!

Who's the swimmer Glenn? Is he from Canada (becuase I saw you spent some time in Canada)?

The swimmer is a friend from Egypt. You'll be seeing more of him in the near future.

What is on his waist, a weight belt?
