I cannot find any mistakes. I know that it is about the pull but I especially like his perfectly pointed toes though. it's a very nice kick (look at the shadow) |
Looks like just completed the pull and about to slip arms forward for the recovery, body nice

After watching the video, it shows how much I know, looks very good to me |
I don't like the angle...neither on the picture or the video. Also I'd like to see his arms completely extended out in front before the kick. |
Arms totally out front prior to the kick on the underwater pull? I think this is about as close as it gets anywhere that I've seen. Can you dig up another example to show me what you're talking about? Thanks. |

I love the hand position, clearly stacking the hands, scissoring them close to the body to reduce drag. A technique that Mike Barrowman swore by. |

I am very impressed with the foot position at the top of the kick, shows great flexibility. I am always wondering something about the breaststroke pullout:

Hey Glenn...I was thinking about Amanda Beard's "Skinny Arms in Front" focus point...but you are right I didn't realize it is a pullout. |

No goggles, poor thing! I'm guessing the eyes are closed to better be in tune with relaxing and finding balance during the pull out/recovery. I'm guessing this is being done not off a turn or they are doing multiple pull outs since the body is angled downward still a little while the arms are recovering. Usually the body is angled down for depth maybe up until some point during the pull at most. Lungs definitely full of air since again the legs are held up so high due to the buoyancy! Maybe wearing the incredibly worn blue seventy suit? lol. time to watch the video :) |

The video is cool to watch how the hands are slicing exactly in the directions they move to get into streamline. Good stuff. |
A little downwards, but perfect. |
Oh, really perfect. What's the trick to not stop altogether and maintain momentum?. |
Making sure you separate the movement of the hands and the movement of the feet. Gonna try to write up more about it for the next couple weeks. Just try not to have them both starting at the same time. |
Wow. Just beautiful. Wish I could do that! |

They call that CHECKMARK around here.
