While the distance and/or sendoffs aren't very tough, you can make this practice a winner by really working your turns, streamlines, and pick a very important aspect of your freestyle to work on through the entire set.

Just curious.... How did you do the 75 IMs? No Fly? No Free? Nineteen yards of each stroke????

Responded Apr 30, 2009 02:42PM

No free. You get enough free in the rest of the practice.

is this workout on meters or yards?

Responded Oct 01, 2009 02:26PM

That's up to you Noel. Adjust the intervals based on how fast you are, and how much rest you want. Oh... and whether it's meters or yards. :)

Well, this would be insane for most mere mortal swimmers in meters. Yards is gonna be fun enough. Tho next time I'm HC on deck, this little gem is coming out.
