A little mix of technique and descending efforts.
This week's set follows the theme of learning how to pace yourself from start to finish through a workout.
This main set got many thumbs up today from the Masters group that Barbara coaches.
We continue the theme of preparing for an SCM meet in an SCY pool. This week: preparing for a 100m race by swimming broken 125s in yards.
Lots of 125s today -- getting ready for our SCM meet in a SCY pool. This one pleased both the distance swimmers and the sprinters. Some of the distance swimmers stayed and did the set twice.
Challenging IM set with the Masters this morning. Lots of opportunities to work on your transition turns.
This week's set combines active recovery with the goal of descending your times.
Mostly pulling today, with some nice descends to keep things interesting.
This week's set will make everybody happy with a combination of IM and freestyle.
